Doug brings over 35 years of corporate experience including multiple disciplines such as manufacturing, quality control, project management and human resources. Doug began his corporate career working in an assembly operation as an hourly employee. Through demonstrated competency and hard work Doug eventually rose to various leadership positions within a Fortune 100 Company, Honda of America. During his career, Doug embraced Kaizen and the need to Go To The Spot to truly affect change. Doug is responsible for the direct hire of thousands of associates as well as training and developing hundreds of future leaders. Doug is actively involved in his local community having served on various boards including Ohio Hi Point educational board. Doug attended the Ohio State University.

Kevin (Kev) who co-founded the company with Doug also brings over 35 years of business experience. Kevin has a similar career trajectory as his business partner. Kevin has multi-disciplinary experience including quality control, configuration management, ISO, project management and human resources. Kevin has held multiple leadership positions including an international assignment with Honda of America. He is actively involved in his local community having served on multiple boards including mental health and educational boards.  He attended Ohio State, Urbana University and American Institute of Alternative Medicine.
